Four one-to-one sessions with Mel:
The three DNA Light Up sessions will light you up from the inside out, by connecting you with your most powerful resource. Our Light Up Inspired Action session is where you continue defining your own map for maximum impact and lasting change.
1. Discover (2 hours): The Four Pillars – Habits, Focus, Physical and Hara.
2. Ngage (1 hour): Gremlins and Heroes – your personal keys to real life instant impact on self and others.
3. Activate (2 hours): Identify, interpret and engage with your inner knowing – at will and in any situation.
You choose for yourself how quickly you’d like to complete these first three sessions. If you’d like instant results, we can schedule them over three consecutive days. If you prefer to take your time, we can spread them over a longer time, up to two weeks.
4. Light Up (1 hour): Two weeks after completing Activate, the Light Up session focuses you to define real-life actions to support every part of your life.
PLUS: You’ll receive the Shine Brighter for Life twelve-week video series by email, giving you a set of specific tools and techniques to deepen your Light Up experience and broaden your skills.
Between sessions: Unlimited email, text and voice message support.
Total package: £1,200.00
Once you’ve completed DNA Light Up, you may choose to extend your work with me. Individual sessions from £200.00, monthly packages from £350.00 ask me for details.

Month one: Light Up for Leaders: The complete fast track package
Months two and three: One 90-minute session followed by three, weekly 60-minute coaching meetings each month (or three 90-minute sessions per month if you’d prefer)
Finish and take stock: Reflect, recognise and measure. At the end of the third month, we’ll book in a 60-minute bonus to take stock and notice everything that has changed since we started.
Between sessions: Email, text and voice message support as you continue your journey.
Total package: £2,800.00 one-off payment or £1,000.00 per month for three months

Unlike the others, this journey starts with a needs analysis meeting. This is where we set expectations, agree measurements and create specific strategies for our six-months together.
Your Six-Month Creation Package
Month one:
Strategy and goal setting: We’ll start with a 90-minute deep-dive, to examine precisely what it is you’d like to achieve over the next six months and how we’re going to approach the journey. We’ll agree expectations and design a creation strategy together.
Light Up for Leaders: The complete fast track package
Months two and three: One 90-minute session followed by three, weekly 60-minute coaching meetings each month (or three 90-minute sessions per month if you’d prefer)
Pause and take stock: Reflect, recognise and measure. At the end of the third month, we’ll book in a 60-minute bonus to take stock, measure and notice what we’ve achieved since we started. This is where we prepare for the next three months.
Months Four, Five and Six: You committed to a six-month package because you’re determined to achieve your dreams. From this point on, we map out our coaching journey together. You may choose to continue the same approach, or we may design a different route.
These are our ingredients: 9 x 90-minute sessions, or 3 x 90-minute sessions and 9 x 60 minute sessions – or any combination to suit you.
The finish line: At the end of the six-months, we’ll book a 90-minute session to round-up, reflect and celebrate together.
Total package: £5,500.00 one-off payment or £1,000.00 per month for six months
