What often happens
For many leaders it’s a refreshing opportunity to pause long enough to really look.
Not because they lack self-awareness, simply because the pressures under which they operate at that level, rarely give them the space required to do so.
The things that can surface in this conversation are usually something they’ve already sensed before that now has the space to be heard. And from there, without effort or even a structured plan, things naturally start to shift.
