Why do so many of us feel stuck?

With so many distractions and demands from a busy world, it’s easy to become pulled into the what ifs, the whens and the hows. And when invited to ‘just be yourself’ many of us have forgotten what that really means. We may be professional business people, partners or parents. Somebody’s brother, sister, child. And sometimes we’re all of those at the same time!

In the process of relating to others and the world around us, it’s easy to forget who we are inside. Within all of us, right at the core of our being, live all the answers and capabilities to live life to the full. It’s a matter of connecting with the completeness of who we really are, and bringing our whole-being intelligence into play. Every day.

Think back to a moment when you just ‘knew’ something without knowing why. A flash of inspiration that came from nowhere, or an inner nudge to do something that didn’t seem to make sense, or a feeling of discomfort, butterflies or churning inside when faced with something or someone.
