Your Light Up for Leaders one-month package is a profound one-to-one experience with Mel. You’ll experience core transformation and insightful solutions, no matter your situation or challenges.
The DNA Light Up journey consists of four one-to-one sessions plus study material and on-going support from Mel.
ONE-TO-ONE SESSIONS:
1. Discover (2 hours): The Four Pillars – Habits, Focus, Physical and Hara.
2. Ngage (2 hours): Gremlins and Heroes – your personal keys to real life instant impact on self and others.
3. Activate (2 hours): Identify, interpret and engage with your inner knowing – at will and in any situation
You choose for yourself how quickly you’d like to complete these first three sessions. We can schedule them over three consecutive days for fast results, or spread them over two weeks for longer reflection time.
4. Light Up (2 hours): Two weeks after completing Activate, the Light Up session focuses you to define real-life actions to support every part of your life.

Once you’ve completed DNA Light Up, we can decide where you’d like to go from there. One-to-one coaching packages start at £350 per month.
