Most leadership is driven by thinking.
That’s the problem.
We’ve been taught:
“I think, therefore I am.”
In leadership (and in life) it’s the other way around.
“I am… therefore I think.”
Because when leadership starts with thinking, we lead from analysis, pressure, and the need to be right.
And people feel that. They may not say it. But they sense the disconnect.
Because leadership isn’t just heard. It’s felt.
“I am” is presence. It’s awareness. It’s who you are before the words and decisions. And when that’s missing… no amount of strategy will compensate.
This is where Spiritual Intelligence matters.
Not as a concept. But as a capability.
The ability to stay connected to yourself while everything around you demands more.
So the real question isn’t:
“What’s the smartest move?”
It’s:
“What’s the most aligned move?”
Because while clever leadership can get results, aligned leadership builds trust, connection, and legacy.
So before your next decision, ask:
Who am I being right now?Activate to view larger image,
